"Home & Property Finder Agreement"

I Promise The Following:

  1. To never put pressure on you to buy a home or property.
  2. To actively search the market every day for FRESH listings.
  3. To only show you homes and properties that meet your buying criteria.

     4.      To negotiate a written offer for you to get you the best price and terms possible.

  1. To continue working on the sale even after it is signed and closed, right up until you move into your new home.
  2. To provide whatever assistance you need to make your move smooth and pleasant.

You Promise The Following:

  1. To understand that I do not get paid to show you homes or property. I am not on a Salary, I work on a Commission Basis. I only earn income when you decide to buy a home or property, and only if you purchase it using my services as your Agent to actually write up an acceptable offer for you and negotiate it successfully. The Listing Agent (Sellers Representative) will be paid his commission, regardless of who sells or shows his listings. The Seller's Broker pays my commission through an agreement between us to share "fees". I cost YOU nothing…!
  2. To understand that every Agent on the MLS has access to the same inventory. This means that no single Agent can better locate a home or property over another MLS Agent. Therefore, another Agent cannot do a better job at finding you homes or available properties than I can.
  3. The MLS is your "One Stop" shopping experience. If you see a listed home or business while driving around that interests you, that you tell me about it immediately. Please don't contact the Sellers Agent from the "for sale" sign, as I am authorized by the MLS to show the home to you. If the home or property is for Sale by Owner, you will let me arrange to have the home shown to you and to negotiate any purchase agreements with the Seller. The same applies to homes or properties you may see advertised in the paper or on the Internet. If you see something you want more information about, just let me know. It’s my job to do most of the information gathering for your review.
  4. To understand that no Agent can promise you a lower price on the home you want if you should agree to work with them.
  5. To promptly notify all other Real Estate Agents or Sellers that you may contact, that you are working with me as your Exclusive Buyer's Representative / Broker. They will thank you for being honest with them.
  6. That if you are ever unhappy with me or my services, that you will simply tell me about it, so that we can resolve the issues promptly.
