YOU ARE ...

You are as perfect as a single rose;

So complicated in it's design

So simple in it's beauty

So close to God in it's perfection

Precious and delicate

Wilting and dying if not faithfully nurtured.

You are as a piece of coal;

Jet black in it's intensity

Capable of providing great warmth

Basic in it's composition, yet,

When subjected to great pressure,

Become as hard a diamond

And as enduring.

You are as a Clear-Blue Crystal:

Radiant with internal fire and clarity

Multi-faceted on the surface,

Cool and Exquisite inside...

Easily shattered if mistreated

and

A reflection of it's surroundings.

YOU ARE...

The Smile on my lips

The love in my heart

My warm hiding place

The laughter in my eyes

The Imp in my daydreams

The curl in my toes

My wish upon a Star

My candle at night

My sunshine in Winter

and

The Spark in my soul.
