Awakening

He came to me through space and time

From lifetimes long ago

To find and feel this love again

And in my heart I know

That  love has reawakened

And once again

will grow...

When at last

We touch each other deep inside

Where others have not been

Our forgotten feelings

And shared dreams,

Will

Come alive again…

We will sweep the dusty cobwebs

From the attic of our minds

Where things lay best forgotten

In other places, other times…

Awaken and come with me

to this place

in time that is not time,

a place of awakening

feelings ripe with wanting

to touch again

to be able to

taste the smells of you

upon my mind

and in my heart

come to me...

Awaken the deepest part of me.
